Good to know
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum for authorised retailers — every piece is made to order. Distributor and private-label terms are agreed individually.
Which diamonds do you use?
Lab-grown and natural diamonds — melee typically D–F colour, VVS1–VS2 clarity, with IGI or GIA certificates for centre stones. Other grades and coloured gemstones on request.
How long does production take?
Around 2–3 weeks from confirmed specification. Rush production is possible — ask us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship insured worldwide, to you or directly to your client in neutral packaging.
Can we adapt the designs?
Yes — stone shape and size, metal, band profile and finish can all be adapted. Bespoke designs are developed from your sketch or brief.
